Refund policy

For physical products (children's books), you can return a product within 30 days of the shipping date. To make a return, please first write us an email at info@minibilingual.com specifying your order number, the number of items and the reason for the return. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return package.

For digital products (parental coaching and first words guide), no refund is possible.
